Spoon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. self-rising cornmeal
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 c. boiling water
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Combine cornmeal and sugar in bowl; mix well.
    Stir in butter. Add water gradually, beating constantly until smooth.
    Stir in buttermilk and eggs; mix well.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown. Yield:
    12 servings.
