Easy Cheeseburger Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef, browned and drained
    1 c. chopped onions, cooked with meat
    1/2 c. catsup
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. Bisquick baking mix, divided
    4 to 5 Tbsp. water
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained (optional)
Preparation
    Place cooked meat and onions into Pam-sprayed 2-quart baking dish.
    Add catsup, Worcestershire sauce, mushrooms (if desired) and 2 tablespoons Bisquick.
    Stir well and set aside.
    Combine remaining Bisquick with enough water to form a soft dough.
    With fingertips dipped in Bisquick, press dough into bottom and up sides of casserole.
    Fill with meat mixture.
    Sprinkle on cheese. Bake in preheated 425\u00b0 oven 20 minutes.
