Ann'S Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    salt and pepper
    paprika
    1 large can sauerkraut, drained
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    Sprinkle chops with salt, pepper and paprika and brown in oil; drain. Blend sauerkraut and onion. In baking dish, layer chops, sauerkraut, then sour cream on top. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
