Hot Reuben Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large round loaf crusty bread
    1 can corned beef
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can sauerkraut
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    3 to 4 slices Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Cook sauerkraut and brown sugar with a little water for 30 minutes;
    drain.
    Cut
    bread in half horizontally.\tSpread bottom half with corned beef (can be softened in microwave for 15 seconds
    to make easier spreading).
    Place sauerkraut over corned beef;
    cover
    with\tslices\tof cheese.
    Place on cookie sheet in a 350\u00b0 oven until cheese melts.
    Cover with top half of bread; return to oven for 3 to 4 minutes.\tCut in wedges.
