Fluffy Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. mashed potatoes
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 (3 1/2 oz.) can French fried onions
Preparation
    Put potatoes into large bowl of electric mixer.
    Add cream cheese, onion, eggs and flour.
    Beat at medium until light and fluffy.
    Salt and pepper as needed.
    Spoon into a 9-inch square baking dish.
    Sprinkle canned onions over top.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
