Barbecue Beef Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 lb. brisket
    3 oz. liquid smoke
    garlic powder
    onion salt
    Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Marinate overnight the brisket in liquid smoke, garlic powder and onion salt.
    Sprinkle generously.
    Cover tightly with foil and refrigerate overnight.
