Chism Special - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 small onion, diced
    1 minced garlic clove
    1 small bell pepper, chopped
    1 can tomato soup
    3/4 c. catsup
    3 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 small can corn with peppers (Mexi Corn)
    1 small can sliced black olives
    salt and pepper to taste
    grated cheddar cheese
    cooked pasta
Preparation
    Heat oil in a heavy dutch oven; brown meat with onion, garlic and bell pepper until meat is well done.
    Add soup, catsup, chili powder and Worcestershire sauce.
    Stir in corn and olives.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Cover and simmer on low for 1 hour.
    Add water as needed to keep sauce liquid or to desired level of thickness.
    Served over cooked pasta; sprinkle with cheese.
    Makes 6 servings.
