Ingredients

1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. shredded coconut
2 eggs, beaten
3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 unbaked pie shell (9-inch)
Preparation

In a large bowl, place milk, sugar, coconut, eggs, flour, butter and vanilla.
Stir until combined.
Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
Cool at room temperature.
Refrigerate leftovers.
