Meatballs Romanoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 pkg. noodles Romanoff
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 container make-ahead meatballs
    2 tsp. parsley flakes
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Melt 2 tablespoons butter in large skillet.
    Remove from heat. Blend in flour and sauce mix.
    Gradually stir in milk.
    Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
    Boil and stir 1 minute.
    Add frozen meatballs; heat to boiling.
    Reduce heat; cover and simmer 10 minutes.
    While meatballs simmer, cook noodles.
    Stir parsley flakes and 2 tablespoons butter into noodles.
    Serve meatballs with sauce over noodles.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
