Tea Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. self-rising flour
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 c. shortening
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream sugar and shortening together.
    Add vanilla.
    Add flour and eggs.
    (I mix in eggs with mixer and flour by hand.)
    Knead dough.
    Roll out and cut with biscuit cutter or something smaller. (Use lots of flour on counter, hands, rolling pin and dough itself.)
    Bake at 350\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
