Honey Chicken Parmigiana - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 chicken breasts (but any parts can be used)
    3 cloves of garlic
    1 tsp. peanut oil
    1 small can tomato paste
    1 c. water
    3 Tbsp. honey
    1/2 c. Ricotta cheese
    1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 medium onion
    2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. cumin
Preparation
    Season chicken to taste with seasoning salt, black pepper and cumin.
    In a deep pan, saute garlic in oil.
    Add chicken to pan. Brown lightly.
