Butterscotch Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. cold water
3/4 c. boiling water
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
-
Mix cornstarch and sugar with cold water.
Add boiling water and cook until thickens, stirring constantly.
Add butter.
Serve over cupcakes, angel food cake, bread pudding or plain cake.
