Corn Bread Dressing(100 Years Old) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. corn bread crumbs
    3 1/2 c. crumbled biscuits
    1/4 c. butter
    3 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. savory
    2 to 3 tsp. sage
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    2 c. hot chicken broth or more, if needed
Preparation
    Mix bread and biscuits in a large pan or bowl.
    Melt butter and lightly saute onion and celery.
    Add to crumb mixture.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Bake in well-greased shallow pans in a 400\u00b0 oven for 15 to 25 minutes.
