Ingredients

3 egg whites
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. mini chocolate chips
Preparation

Beat egg whites until foamy.
Add cream of tartar and vanilla. Add sugar gradually and beat until stiff and glossy.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Drop by teaspoon on foil lined cookie sheet. Bake 25 to 30 minutes in a 250\u00b0 oven.
