Pecan Pie Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. 2 layer yellow cake mix
    1 c. melted butter or margarine
    4 eggs
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. dark corn syrup
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Set aside 2/3 of cake mix.
    In mixing bowl, combine remaining cake mix, butter and 1 egg.
    Mix until crumbly.
    Press mixture into a 13 x 9-inch greased pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
