French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/3 c. milk
    1 tsp. butter
    4 slices bread
Preparation
    Beat egg until frothy.
    Add milk; beat well.
    Melt butter in skillet on low heat.
    Dip bread slices, one at a time, into egg mixture.
    Lift them into skillet with pancake turner.
    Brown on each side.
    Serve with confectioners sugar, maple syrup or cinnamon and sugar, if desired.
