Cajun Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. uncooked, large shrimp, peeled and deveined
    1/2 c. unsalted butter or margarine
    1/2 c. olive oil
    4 green onions, chopped
    4 large garlic cloves, minced
    1 1/2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation
    Divide shrimp equally among 4 small au gratin dishes; set aside.
    In saucepan, heat butter or margarine with olive oil.
    Add remaining ingredients, except cheese.
    Cook 5 minutes over medium heat.
