Lemon Mustard Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 skinned chicken breast halves
    1/4 c. margarine
    3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1 tsp. tarragon
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Place chicken in shallow baking pan.
    Melt margarine in saucepan.
    Stir in mustard, lemon juice and tarragon. Pour mixture over chicken.
    Bake 45 minutes or until cooked through.
    Spoon sauce from pan over chicken as needed.
