Homa L'S Caramel Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. condensed milk
    1/4 c. hot black coffee
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    1 baked pie shell
Preparation
    Put can of milk in pot with lid on and keep covered with water.
    Boil (barely bubbling) for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
    Remove; add hot coffee and beat until smooth.
    Add pecans; put in pie shell and top with whipped cream.
