Nancy Mccorkle'S Scotch Sausage Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small green pepper
    1 large onion
    3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 1/2 lb. pork sausage
    piece of garlic
    bacon drippings
    2 1/2 c. tomatoes, coarsely chopped and drained
    2 c. bread flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    4 Tbsp. lard
    lemon juice
Preparation
    Chop finely the green pepper and onion and mix with the chopped parsley.
    Combine with pork sausage.
