Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cranberries
2 apples
1/2 c. pecans
3/4 c. sugar
1 orange
1 small can crushed pineapple (not drained)
1 small pkg. lemon jello
1 envelope plain gelatin
Preparation

Soften gelatin with 2 tablespoons of cold water.
Dissolve gelatin and jello with 1 1/2 cups of boiling water.
Run raw cranberries and unpeeled, but seeded, apples through food chopper. Cut up nuts and orange.
Mix sugar with pineapple and combine with ground cranberries, nuts and orange.
Add to jello mixture and turn into mold.
