Pecan Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, beaten
1 c. canned pumpkin
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2/3 c. white corn syrup
1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecan halves
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Stir together 1 slightly beaten egg, pumpkin, 1/3 cup sugar and pumpkin pie spice.
Spread over bottom of pie shell.
Combine 2 beaten eggs, corn syrup, 1/2 cup sugar, butter and vanilla.
Mix well and stir in pecans.
Spoon over pumpkin mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until filling is set.
