Fried Okra - cooking recipe
Ingredients

fresh okra
1 egg
flour (to coat well)
vegetable oil
Preparation

Pour oil into skillet and heat.
Cut okra into thin, round slices.
Crack an egg and mix into okra slices well.
Sprinkle flour over okra and egg until well coated.
Add to hot oil and fry until lightly browned.
Drain on paper towels and salt to taste.
