*Asparagus Vinaigrette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh asparagus, cooked 5 minutes and cooled
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. prepared English mustard
    1/2 c. olive, sesame or peanut oil
    1/3 c. wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. chives, chopped
    2 Tbsp. pickle relish
    2 hard-cooked eggs, sieved
    bibb lettuce
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients; stir in oil and vinegar.
    Blend well.
    Add mustard, chives, relish and eggs.
    Chill and serve over asparagus on lettuce.
