Potato Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. mashed potatoes
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. flour
2/3 c. bread crumbs
1/2 Tbsp. nutmeg
2 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
-
Combine all ingredients; roll into balls.
Drop into boiling salted water.
Boil 3 minutes after dumplings come to surface of boiling water.
