Salmon Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large salmon, cleaned and drained
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 tsp. horseradish
    2 tsp. liquid smoke
    1 tsp. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped pecans or parsley
Preparation
    Mix all of the ingredients together, except for the pecans or parsley.
    Shape and chill.
    Remove from the refrigerator and roll in pecans or parsley.
    Serve as desired.
