Kal-Bi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. short ribs (if meaty, cut into 3 pieces to bone)
    3 Tbsp. sesame seed
    3 Tbsp. sesame seed oil
    1/2 c. shoyu sauce
    1/3 c. green onions, chopped
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 slice ginger, crushed
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar or honey
    1 tsp. ajinomoto
Preparation
    Combine toasted sesame seed with oil, shoyu sauce, green onions, garlic, ginger, sugar and ajinomoto.
    Mix well, then marinate meat overnight in refrigerator.
    Broil over charcoal.
