Prune Cake With Buttermilk Sauce - cooking recipe

2 c. plain flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cocoa
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. oil
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. stewed prunes, chopped
Preparation

Cake:
Sift dry ingredients.
In a large bowl beat eggs, oil, buttermilk and vanilla.
Add dry ingredients; stir in prunes. Pour in greased and floured tube pan and bake 50 to 55 minutes at 325\u00b0.
