Buns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cake of yeast or 2 packs
    3 cups luke warm water
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1/2 cup shortening
    About 8 cups flour
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients. Let rise till double in size, work it down, let rise again. Form balls and let double in size again. Bake 350\u00b0 for 25-30 minutes.
