Savory Meat Loaf And Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans golden or regular mushroom soup
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    6 medium potatoes, quartered
    6 medium carrots, cut into 2-inch pieces
    3/4 c. water
Preparation
    In large bowl, mix 1/2 cup soup, beef, bread crumbs, onion, egg, Worcestershire and pepper.
    In 3-quart, oblong baking dish, shape meat mixture into 8 x 4-inch loaf.
    Arrange potatoes and carrots around meat loaf.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Spoon off fat.
