Strawberry Sorbet(Make Ahead) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pt. strawberries, prepared
1 c. water
1/2 c. sugar
2 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 1/2 Tbsp. orange liqueur
2 egg whites
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 c. sugar

Preparation

Twirl lightly into strawberry mixture and re-freeze.
Serve over watermelon chunks in champagne glasses.
Garnish with fresh mint.
Delicious light dessert.
