Oven Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. stew beef
    1 envelope onion soup mix (dry)
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. red wine
    cut up celery, carrots and potatoes (enough to serve 4)
Preparation
    Mix all together and bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours.
