Viva Chicken Tortilla - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken, boiled, boned, skinned and diced (save liquid)
    1 onion, diced and sauteed
    1 (4 oz.) can green chili salsa
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. milk
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
    1/2 lb. Jack cheese
    1 (12 count) pkg. corn tortillas
    1 lb. flat, oval pasta
    4 lb. Ricotta cheese
    1 doz. eggs
    1/2 pepperoni stick, sliced and chopped into small pieces
    1/2 lb. Parmesan or Romano cheese
Preparation
    Thoroughly mix all ingredients together.
    Bake in a casserole for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Cut into finger size pieces.
    Can be served warm or cold.
