Salmon Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (7 3/4 oz.) cans salmon, drained and deboned
    1 egg
    3 to 4 Tbsp. milk (just enough to moisten)
    1 stay fresh pak saltine crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Form into walnut size balls and deep fry 4 minutes, or until golden brown.
    Drain onto paper towels.
