Spinach And Cheese Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. milk or cream
1 c. cooked spinach, chopped
3 eggs, separated
1/2 c. grated cheese
1 c. bread crumbs
Preparation

Blend flour, seasoning and butter. Add milk. Stir until boiling. Add spinach. Add beaten yolks and cheese. Fold in egg whites, beaten lightly. Turn into buttered dish.
Sprinkle crumbs and bits of butter on top. Bake in pan of water in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Serve with or without cream sauce.
