Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. coconut
1/2 c. margarine, softened
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 (1 lb.) pkg. confectioners sugar
Preparation

Spray a 9 x 13-inch cake pan with nonstick cooking spray. Layer coconut and chopped pecans in prepared pan.
Prepare cake mix using package directions.
Pour over layers.
Combine margarine, cream cheese and vanilla in mixer bowl; beat well.
Add confectioners sugar; beat well.
Spread over batter.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour, or until cake tests done.
Yields 15 servings.
