Sweet Potato Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sweet potatoes, cooked and peeled
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    6 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 1/8 tsp. vanilla
    chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine potatoes, butter, sugar, vanilla and salt.
    Beat until smooth.
    Spoon into lightly greased 2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with chopped pecans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
