Florence Chester'S Molasses Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. molasses
    1 c. shortening, melted
    1 c. sour milk
    3/4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. soda
    5 to 6 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix ingredients.
    Add flour gradually.
    Roll out cookies and cut with a round cutter.
    Make crisscross marks with a fork and sprinkle with a little sugar on top after placing them on a greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
