Roquefort Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. mayonnaise
    1-1/2 c. buttermilk
    1/2 lb. Roquefort or Danish Bleu Cheese, crumbled
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients thoroughly, but gently.
    Keep refrigerated in a tightly covered jar until ready to serve.
    Makes 1 quart.
