Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can vegetarian vegetable
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    catsup
    1 c. oatmeal
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    1 onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except catsup, thoroughly.
    With hands, form into a loaf or put in a loaf pan.
    Top with catsup and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Let cool 10 to 15 minutes, then slice and serve.
