Chris Crawford'S Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 3/4 c. scalded milk, cooled
    2 pkg. dry yeast, dissolved in 1/4 c. warm water
    6 c. flour
Preparation
    Cream together first 3 ingredients.
    Then add remaining ingredients and knead well.
    Let rise until double in size. Pinch into round individual rolls.
    Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
