No Egg Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cocoa or less
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2/3 c. oil
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 c. strong coffee (may use instant)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Sift flour, sugar, cocoa, salt and baking soda.
    Add buttermilk and oil.
    Stir well.
    Stir coffee (hot) into batter.
    Mixture is soupy.
    Bake in a greased and floured pan (9 x 13-inch) for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Puncture baked cake all over with a fork.
    Cover with chocolate fudge frosting.
