Zucchini White Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. grated zucchini
1 c. nuts or 1 c. coconut
6 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp. milk
1 lb. confectioners sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Sift together the dry ingredients.
Set aside.
Cream together the eggs, sugar, oil, vanilla and zucchini.
Add the dry ingredients and mix well.
Stir in nuts or coconut.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Cool.
