Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. dark corn syrup
1 1/2 c. broken pecans
Preparation

Cream butter, sugar, then add eggs (well beaten), flour, salt, vanilla, syrup and pecan pieces.
Mix well.
Turn into pie shell and bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
