Special Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp. shortening
    2 lb. cooked beef, cubed
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms (including liquid)
    1/2 c. celery, diced
    1 c. commercial sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    a dash of pepper
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Brown onion in hot shortening.
    Drain.
    Stir in the remaining ingredients.
    Turn into a greased casserole and bake for 1 hour in a 325\u00b0 oven.
    Serve hot on cooked rice.
