Vodka Tortellini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1 tsp. red pepper
    1/2 c. vodka
    1 c. crushed tomatoes
    3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. Romano cheese
    1 c. light cream
Preparation
    Melt butter in pot and add red pepper.
    While butter is bubbling, pour in vodka.
    Simmer for 3 minutes, then add tomatoes and both cheeses.
    Simmer for 5 minutes.
    Add cream.
    Simmer for another 3 minutes.
    Cook and drain pasta; toss with sauce and serve.
