Au Gratin Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 baking potatoes
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese or processed American cheese
    1 large can evaporated milk
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 medium green bell pepper, sliced into rings
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. flour
    water as needed
    butter or oleo
Preparation
    Thinly slice potatoes into rounds.
    Mix together salt, pepper and flour.
    Alternate potatoes with slices of cheese, onion, bell pepper and a dusting of flour mixture, doing this in layers, in casserole.
    Dot each layer with butter.
