Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. Crisco
1/4 c. liquid oil
2 1/2 c. flour
3 beaten eggs
2 c. grated zucchini
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. cocoa
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. soda
Preparation

Cream together sugar and Crisco, add oil and mix well.
Add eggs, zucchini, vanilla and salt and mix well.
Sift flour, soda, baking powder and cocoa together and add to batter.
Mix well and pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Frost with favorite frosting.
