Harvest Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. diced apples
2 c. sugar
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. baking soda
3 c. flour
1 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Combine apples and sugar and let stand 1 hour.
Mix together flour, cooking oil, beaten eggs, vanilla, salt, nuts, nutmeg, cinnamon and soda.
Add this mixture to the apples and sugar.
Put in greased and floured pan.
Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350\u00b0. Let cool in pan 15 minutes.
Freezes very well.
