Frozen Cucumbers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. peeled and sliced cucumbers
    1 large onion, sliced
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. white vinegar
Preparation
    Combine cucumbers, onion and salt in a covered dish. Refrigerate 24 hours.
    Drain well. Add sugar and vinegar; mix. Cover and refrigerate another 24 hours.
    Put in freezer.
    Serve partially frozen and crunchy.
